One of my recent orders has not been delivered a note was sent to me from royal mail saying it has been returned to sender as the delivery address was unable to read I still awaiting some correspondence from yourselves.

I ordered tights for my 8 year old to wear to school, they have holes in them in the crotch area after only being worn for one day. These are a premium product and yet my daughter has had tights from Poundland that have lasted for months

Delivery was good. Bamboo socks were over sized, with smooth seams but bulky knots each end very square toes too. Diabetic socks a bit better but very thin

Socks arrived quickly, but were not seamless as described, therefore very disappointed. We returned them, but lost money on postage.

Ordered a pack of bamboo socks and had to return as two pair spotted not included.New pack arrived and they too are not as shown. No apologies and again had to repack and walk to town to post. Very annoyed.

These are the worst socks I’ve ever bought total waste of money they’re so loose they go below whatever shoes boots trainers you wear. You spend most of the time taking off your trainers to pull the socks back up

Service was fine but socks poor quality, ordered 3 pack trainer socks and within 1 day of wearing a pair they had a hole in them and the same this happened with second pair :(
