one item i ordered was not out of stock but when parcel arrived there was a pack of socks that i had not ordered and the one i wanted was missing
The boxers were delivered on time. They don’t seem to stay in place as they are so soft that they wrinkle up really easiky
Parcel received on time but with some incorrect items (ladies socks instead of mens boxers). Communication with customer services was speedy but could have been a bit more apologetic for SockShop's error. I had to repackage and return (freepost) the incorrect items before my actual ordered items would be dispatched. However, I only posted the incorrect items back on Thursday and received the correct items on the Saturday via Royal Mail 24.

Two of the items I ordered were out of stock, hopefully I will receive an email when next available.
I was pleased with the feel of the socks but disappointed as the heel of the socks came up the leg as the foot size was too big for my size 41/2 feet.
Realable service. Quality pants, soo disappointed no flies on pants, not easy to *** wearing them without, according to my Fiancè who they are for.
Service good. Arrived promptly and quick response when I emailed customer service. Product disappointed. I thought I was ordering 2 pair of navy and 1 of grey but it turns out to be navy and back and grey and black. Lovely socks which I’ve kept but not what I was hoping for.
Unfortunately the Royal mail has let you down ,Apparently Royal Mail can mark as delivered even though they haven't actually done so , There was 2 people home when they tried to deliver, They left no card to say they had been , On tracking my delivery find it to be at sorting Office. As such still not received my package Nearly a week later.
Generally I would have given 5 stars. The only reason I gave 3 stars is the vests I wanted to purchase were out of stock and you you said you would email when they were available. Did receive an email but the link to the item did not work!
Somewhat disappointed in 5hat 5hey are too long. I’m 5’3” & they’re too,l9ng to keep the knee support part on the knee which is the most important thing for me! Otherwise they’re ideal for a taller person.
Not Sock Shops fault,but my socks were not delivered. Tracking gave the info that they were returned to sender, then a couple of minutes later it said they had been delivered. Not received at my address or at any neighbours addresses. Really cheesed off,I paid in good faith any have nothing to show for it.Total incompetence by Royal Mail. Cannot review socks obviously
