I didn't receive the socks as costumes want 5.80 off me for them when I only paid 5.00 so they will probably be sent back by them
I have still not received the socks
There where excessive taxes while there was marked without tax under a certain price. And the quality of the socks is horrible. You wear them once and they are pilled. We don't want chinese products!
Still awaiting delivery. Tried to telephone customer help line but no one answered. UK Website states 'Delivery option is £2.95, and aims to have your parcel within 2 working days.' I emailed and had a message stating 'we do ask that you please allow 7 days for delivery to allow time for any possible delay'. I ordered 8 days ago !!
deliver the order on time
First three pairs had a hole in after the first wear. Down to just three pairs now but I can’t get my daughter to wear any other tights/socks so I’m at a loss as to what to do!
Not clear on the product they sell Its say fly button but what they do not tell you is they fly button is it’s sewed up! Not happy at all
Very disappointed with customer service. I bought direct and was charged p&p when if I had known could have purchased off ebay site for same price without being charged nearly £3 for p&p for two pairs of socks. Customer service just fobbed me off could not or did not want to offer refund for p &p or even a part refund just reiterated would get 10% of next order not much point when two pairs of socks cost £15.98 so will order from ebay that gives free delivery ie saves me nearly £3 it's a no brained but obviously not to person in customer services. Also the more pairs of socks you purchase off ebay the more the socks are discounted.
I tried to contact Sockshop and left a voicemail but no one got back to me. Two pairs of the tights I ordered were plucked. The other pairs were really comfortable and not itchy at all, lovely and soft, however once washed they have bobbled and look like old worn out tights after one wear.

Inferior quality of socks received, holes in socks after only 3 washes, not impressed.
I placed an order on the 28th of December. It has still not been delivered.
When you pay extra for 24hr delivery and does not arrive at all
I am very disappointed with the things, I had orderet. First it was delayed in customs, and I had to pay taxes, becourse of new rules. That is one thing, but the quality of some og the itims is horrible. I will no longer be a customer , besause of this. I have been pleased with your things earlier on, but now I am ending my buyings. My aunt only received one of the 2 items I purchased. I hoping that the cashmere socks are arriving imminently but I haven't been notified that they were arriving separately so fear they forgot to send all items.
