Prompt delivery. Product rather thin

Love the jeep socks i would give them 4 stars. The storm bloc socks are great too however the reason for 3 stars is because one of the storm bloc pairs dont match. One is blue the other is black

Nice items however had issues with customer service / function of the website. When placing an order on mobile it auto selected my delivery address (never come across this before when ordering online) which I didn't realise it would do. This meant the delivery address was wrong on my order. I emailed to amend the address, but the wrong address was then put on my order. I managed to receive the order from the wrong address but have had no apology for the hassle

When I checked out I was informed that my payment had not been cleared. Yet the next day I was told the socks were on their way. Odd! My feet are size 9 UK so the 7.5 to 11.5 should fit ok yet the socks are slightly too big and bunch up at the toes. Also when I go out in my normal shoes my feet get cold in these socks. So overall not a good impression.

Good products, bamboo, postage and delivery a bit slow.

Good online service but haven’t received them yet.

I mainly use Glenmuir wool golf socks size 7-11.. The alpaca socks size 10-12 are not much warmer and thus not worth the extra money. Also they are rather large for a size 10.

Bought a two pack of wellie socks, they are so comfy and keep your feet very warm, but the only downside is the amount of fluff that comes off the black ones is unreal!

I ordered the socks and straightaway realized I had made a mistake. It stated if you fill in a cancel request within a certain time, they would cancel the order. I did but received no acknowledgement and the order was delivered anyway!

Service and delivery excellent but although the socks were size 4-8 and meant to be a gift I tried them on and couldn’t get my foot inside and I’m a 6.5.They were lovely socks but I had to return them,had they fitted me I’d have given them as a Christmas gift

I ordered the father Christmas socks and the gnome socks lhave received the father Christmas ones but l have not received the gnome socks

Order took 20 pluss days. Tried to contact customer service but no response. Socks great. It is rare to find socks that isn't plain black in my size. (Uk13 euro 48) will order again, although reluctantly.

Sending items out with sock shop all over the packaging does rather give a clue to what is in it and spoil the surprise for Christmas.
