i gave the work wear socks to my son in law for his birthday , hes a postie . 25 th october i gave them to him . last thursday 18th nov i noticed all but one pair had holes in the heels .The pair that didnt hadnt been worn . iv tried to call but it just askes for a message to be left .
Chase my delivery please! Still has not arrived
Why would you ship an item without giving the buyer a tracking number? How will I know if it arrives or is lost?
The socks are perfect for my don but only last about a month before getting holes in!
Shocking beyond belief
Lomi socks I bought 6 months ago have all gone into holes, although alternating with wearing many other pairs of socks so they haven't been worn much. I phoned customer service who told me they should have been returned within 30 days so it was too late. Eventually, they said they would report it but I have heard no more.
They should check their stock , and not to put incorrect description on their web page that is different to what I received
Have ordered over 50 pairs of slipper socks over the years. I am disabled and they have been the only ones fit for purpose I have found. The last 2 orders have been bad quality. Rang customer services and all they said was to return and pop a note in to say that?
Package was ripped, socks sticking out and dirty. ( would be the pack of white ones!) Response: return them for a replacement. Technically the least they could have done, but I feel a small gesture ( voucher against next purchase, free postage…) would have been nice. I didn’t return as it costs me to park and there are reasons I buy online at the moment. So I have to hope the dirt washes out of white socks.
Have not even received them yet!!!!!
Ordered 8 days ago, still not received. Tracker says not been received by Royal Mail. Completed the SockShop online customer service form specifically designed for delivery related issues - no reply as yet.
I ordered two pairs off support socks I have one pair and one sock spare after spending £17.00 I phoned left a message with customer services I have had no response this puts me off buying again the one pair I have are really good quality and do what they are meant to do but I feel ripped off due to the missing sock
Easy and prompt service
Item apparently dispatched 11 days ago but not received.
Ordered for gift, wrong items turn up, not even the correct size and now I have to go about returning these items before I get what I ordered.. very underwhelming first and last shop with this company… you can keep my £27 and I’ll just pass these socks on to the charity shop
