I’ve not received my item
You need to include tracking with your shipments. I have no idea where my shipment is or when I can expect it to be delivered.
I have not heard anything re this order- it has not arrived.
Could do with checking the quality of one of the pairs sent-the fact the label was attached to the middle of the folded sock instead of the top seemed to be because the top attachment had caused damage and unravelling of the sock top, in which case it shouldn't have been sent to me. The 2 other pairs were fine and am returning the damaged pair for a replacement.
Make your socks bigger, socks purchased said size 4 to 8. I am a 6 and they are way to small

I was sent a notification that my items had been sent so logged in for tracking. Tracking number comes up with an error so I contacted sockshop for assistance and no reaponse. No idea whether the items will be delivered
Shocking! Couldn’t track the order , when trying to sort the issue they just cancelled my order
Sock shop seemed to have dropped the ball. In the past when I ordered, I could track my parcel. However, I still have not received my parcel and have no way of finding out where it is!
It may help if they replied to the email i sent. All six pairs of the underwear i purchased are faulty. I would accept replacements but have had no response to my email

I was not told of the custom duty, these socks cost me double the amount, I would never have purchased them if had been disclosed about the custom duty and the administrative charges
the order was supposed to be delivered within 2days of ordering, subject to availability but one week later I have not received my order or any contact from sock shop to explain why. I am very disappointed.
For some reason unknown to me your system picked up my address as incompleate. I emailed the correct address to you using your changes email straight away but the parcel still had an imcompleate address. The parcel was retained by Royal mail for a week and had marked it return to sender. I managed to go and collect it just before it was sent back. Whats the point of offering changes to your order or Address option if no one follows it up?
