Awful , paid extra for fast delivery as was going on holidays , came back and no sight of the items . Rang costumers service before I left to let them know the item haven’t arrived and they said I should wait a few weeks before they can do something about it . I rang again today and left a voice mail as all agents busy no option of waiting to be connected so they will ring me back . Not impressed
I'm still awaiting parcel. Sent email to sockshop as I had received email from royal mail that it had been delivered but not delivered to me. Sockshop said wait a few days, still waiting.
By send the correct size that was ordered.
Well you sent the wrong size socks and i have rerurned them (from France) at my own cost. You have refunded me the cost of the socks but, it would have been a nice gesture to help with the return costs?
one pair of socks got a hole near the heel after being worn only once
I placed an order for men's lazy Panda boxer shorts size large red/black/blue,straight forward enough you would have thought but no what I received was size Medium in black,I contacted customer services who said to send the item back for an exchange,needless to say I thought it was more hassle than it was worth and didn't bother,I think they need to have tighter control over items that are dispatched to customers to ensure the customer at least gets the correct item,on the plus side the quality was very good and the only reason I give one star.
I haven’t received my socks. They have gone to a different address and I don’t know why
Socks were very thin, the first pair didn't last more then 3 hours.

Terrible website, terrible choice. The only thing was that the docs were delivered quickly
Whilst delivery was prompt and well communicated, two of the four purchases needed to be returned with faults that should have been picked up with a more robust quality control process.
My problem is that I wore a pair yesterday and then had to bin them at the end of the day because there was a hole in them. My nails aren't long and this has never happened to me before with a brand new pair of socks.
It was really frustrating to have got all the way through browsing and PayPal checkout, to then get blocked by your current delivery restrictions. It is shocking that only after authorising payment I then get a flag to say you can't process my order due to covid restrictions on posting to my country. The process was frustrating, and then to be hit with a covid cop out message, is poor form. You may not want to go to the effort of posting international, but as I'm easily ordering from other UK retailers and getting their deliveries, it smacks of lying. If I could get the product from any other source, you wouldn't have my money. To circumvent your ridiculous service, I've had your product sent to my mother in law in Belfast to post on.
