One product not boxed as expected, and boxed products packaging creased and not good to give as gifts. Sent in jiffy bag/squashed through letterbox.

in stock on web site but not in stock really ? I will now have cold feet about using Sock Shop again.

Good's arrived quickly answers packed securely, but the goods were all damaged so I feel that no checking had been done before the good's were sent.

We were offered a free gift I had chosen a pair of gloves worth £4.99 on the receipt also confirmed but inside my repatch box was a small pocket size note pad. Disappointing!

Website was useless for searching - searched for colour black didn't work so had to look through several pages of different coloured sock. Had to have 2 goes at checking out - hung the first time. Very frustrating. P&P too much.
