It says that they were delivered but haven’t received the socks
Haven’t received my order yet still waiting on delivery from Royal Mail, notified but never turned up
The Lazy Panda underwear purchased has HOLES!! Two of them along the seams. And that’s just putting on the first pair.
Lovely and soft, and didn't make my feet feel hot in the way synthetic materials do. But so disappointed that both pairs developed holes the very first time I wore them. And I work with feet, so it wasn't down to long nails. Also, one pair seemed smaller than the other. Really disappointed.

One star is probably unfair because I am sure the product is superb. But you need to change your delivery company, the Royal Mail has yet to deliver, they seem indifferent to the competition who deliver normally within 24 hrs of purchase. I have actually ordered heavy items from the USA with FedEx delivering within a week. So far it's taken almost two weeks for three pairs of socks to be delivered by the Royal Mail.
THESE ARE SEVERELY UNDER THE STATED SIZE !!!!!!! The label states circumference 58 cm Your order confirmation states circumference 54cm (why the difference?) EVEN WHEN PULLED HARD THEY ACTUALLY ONLY HAVE A MAXIMUM CIRCUMFERENCE OF 42CM AT ONE END, 32CM CIRCUMFERENCE AT THE OTHER END AND 44CM IN THE MIDDLE. THEY ARE COMPLETELY USELESS FOR MY LEGS WITH A CALF CIRCUMFERENCE OF 46CM. Someone in your organisation, capable of using a tape measure, needs to sort this out before Trading Standards sort you out. Still waiting even though I paid for faster delivery. Also looks like its cheaper and quicker to pay from the Amazon store rather than buying directly.
The socks were incorrectly described as "Smooth toe seams" in the Product Information section. I am dissapointed because this was the only reason I ordered them. I have an old pair of socks of the same brand which do have smooth toe seams and the difference is very evident compared to the socks that were delivered to me this time. I would not buy again from this shop because I can't trust that the items description is accurate. It would be helpful to know if this shop actually stock any socks that have "Smooth toe seams".
I've shopped from 5 different websites in the past 10 days and Sockshop was the only one that automatically assumed my billing address to be my delivery address without asking me or giving me a chance to edit it. So, I think you have the worst shopping page Webdesign ever! My housemates had to go to the post office to forward it to me and I had to pay the delivery fee again. Trouble for them and extra cost for me.
You could get the delivery address correct. I have written to you about muddling my address, I placed and paid for the order and the person I was sending it to as a gift. It is a miracle that it got delivered to me at all. Now I will have the cost of postage and the risk of visiting the post office.
When paying by Google pay, when you don't have a sockshop account, give option to confirm or specify address for delivery. My items went to my old address. Grrr
