I was sent the wrong socks, I have given 3 stars because 2 of the socks were correct. It's very inconvenient as now I have to work out how to tell you and get the pair I ordered.

Paid £2 took 2 days to arrive; that's average. Having mulled over these for quite awhile, I'm not that happy. These were deemed to be a heavy yarn sock which I bought for my walking boots. I would rate them as medium; they are not very thick. Considering the cost of postage, they work out at £7 a pair. There are better deals out there. I hope the lifetime guarantee lives up to the promise.

I love the sock shop and have been purchasing socks and tights for my daughter. The last 2 orders of school bamboo tights have been very disappointing They bobbled up after only 1 use I have sent an email but received no reply They are soft and lovely but too expensive to be looking bad after 1 use only I will have to look elsewhere for my next purchase

Service and delivery were both very good. I've given a 3* as a whole, only as the socks which were part of a gift had a thread or two slightly pulled, and the box was slightly damaged, I couldn't risk sending them back and reordering given the time of year. I would however use them again =)

Sent the correct item. Ordered long length boxer shorts but were sent classic length. I need to send the wrong item back before a replacement is sent.

bambo socks are no good. other brands of bamboo socks that I have bought from you were excellent.

The socks are great but the plastic hooks they come with are superfluous and damaging by their production. Please do drop these.

The staff manning the telephone line were excellent, welcoming and friendly. Trying to place an order on the website was impossible! I knew the socks I wanted but when it suggested that I should choose a colour and size it was totally unresponsive and merely kept repeating the instruction to choose the colour I wanted. I felt very frustrated, but fortunately as I have already said, the telephone staff were so helpful that I would be very willing to deal with Sock shop again - by telephone!!

Was impressed by the speedy delivery and good packaging, the items I ordered were perfect- but what happened to my free gift ??? The packing note had my 4 items purchased ticked but my free gift wasn't ticked so had obviously never been packed !!!!

They are decent quality but not as good as the Pringle socks my mother bought me 5 years ago, I've still got them and still wear them once a week, there's no holes or thread missing in 5 years, not even faded.
