ordering was fine but the seamles shoe liners are hopeless. I will not be able to wear them as they constantly slip under my feet. The silicone doesn't hold at all. I cannot return them as the packaging was torn in trying them.

Several months ago I bought a set of 3 pairs of soft top bamboo socks. They are very comfortable, BUT one sock did not have a sort top, it had a top so tight it was impossible to put a foot into it. This month I bought another set of three bamboo soft top socks, and they are all fine. My experience of SockShop has therefore been mixed.

Items returned as sizing not helpful. I am a size 12 but the briefs were too large so returned for a size 10

Email confirming order receipt was not received so had to make telephone call to check. Otherwise, product and delivery speed ok.

Fine..post a little slow Bamboo socks very comfortable and don't leave marks on my legs like others...time will tell how well they wear but first time I. They are great

Great speedy service and communication from ‘Sock Shop’ but let down by poor delivery service from Royal Mail. They failed to make sufficient efforts to deliver resulting in delay and the need to have to collect my parcel. And the packaging had been damaged in transit. However thankfully this did not affect the quality of the product Also encouraged to spend extra to receive a free gift (I chose a foot file), but this has still not arrived?

Very quick and there was a discount which made made it even better! Unfortunately the thoughts I actually wanted went in stock, not sure if they've been discontinued

Quality of goods is getting worse over the years I have bought these

I ordered Bamboo Socks ,but the one that were delivered were not Bamboo.

A bit disappointed with the socks - the size 7 - 11 is a bit long. I am a size 7 so there is a bit of spare length. The material seems different from socks I have bought before.

Socks were delivered very quickly, which I liked. A great variety of colours. The only downside, which left me very disappointed, is that the bamboo socks I ordered literally wore off after one use...

I purchased 1 pair of socks at £15.48, unfortunately the socks were to large in the foot length area, I was going to return the socks and order a smaller size, my mistake was that I wore the socks for a few hours, this invalidated the refund/return item, the representative stated that I should just have tried them on and not actually worn them, can not argue with them as this is their policy, where are the socks now, in the bin along with £15.48.

Unfotune tly i had to return the 2 pairs of socks as they were not what i expected. I need Cotton socks as i am elewrgic to any other material.

Had a problem with the web site in that the difference between a billing address and a delivery address didn't appear to be clear. I have ordered socks from Sock Shop twice before and never had an issue but this time the socks were delivered to me rather than the recipient they were intended for.

Quite expensive but met my partners' requirements (gentle grip - no marks). Clever idea to offer second set half price which made the overall purchase better value for money. He likes the socks which is great. Delivery was prompt too.
