Product not as described and returned fir refund. The hand finished seamless sock did actually have a normal bulky seam

Service was good, well package and rec'd promptly, however the free gift of Elle knee high socks look like seconds, just as well they were free as i wouldn't have paid for them.

The tights were marketed as being made of bamboo. I bought these as am ethical decision over other socks and brands. However the packaging of the tights was a combo of cardboard and plastic so not all eco. The packaging of the parcel was completely made of plastic therefore negating any eco credentials the bamboo might have had. Come on Sock Shop: packaging in plastic makes you look unethical and cheap. Plus by not advertising this as part of the product and the delivery info means you are compromising the ethical purchase decision of your customers. I won't be buying again.

I asked for the package to be left elsewhere if no answer at door. Instead it was taken back to the post 9ffice sorting centre..

Excellent service. Disappointed in the size of the writing on the socks, you can barely see it. So would not recommend these socks

Disappointed that the set of two pairs of brown socks I thought I ordered included a pair that is tan. This is not clear on the web site. The description says brown. Not brown/tan. The black and blue ones say black/blue, so why don't the ones I ordered say brown/tan? It just says brown. I expected two pairs of brown socks.

Received very quickly. I was a bit disappointed this time (I have ordered quite a few times before), but the socks were a lot darker than I ordered last time and a little bit longer. They had quite a strong smell to them too. One of the socks had a pull in it, so all in all I am not completely satisfied with this delivery

Thank you for your reply. All is well, smell has gone out of the socks now they have been washed. We will keep socks but thank you for offer of a refund on return to you. I will still order from Sock Shop as earlier purchases have been ok.

Accidentally ordered 2 pairs of the same type of sock. Emailed their customer service and kindly requested a different colour. After a week, discovered a wet package on our doorstep. The items were all damp - and there were 2 of the same pair. Despite the terrible experience.....giving you guys 3 stars since we ordered from you a long time ago and the service was excellent. This time was quite different. And probably the last. (No photos were taken since we were going away at the time.)

The delivery requires a signature which is not common for clothes retailers and a bit annoying. Still waiting for delivery a week after expected. Normally parcels are left in our porch.
