Almost no plastic packaging - to get 5 starts please get rid of the plastic wraps
I bought opaque tight and they were exactly as described and fit well
It did take a week from dispatch to arriving but that was probably due to Royal Mail & their industrial action.

Lovely Pantherella Modern+ socks. Been a customer of Sockshop for a while now. Service is generally good. However, this order took much longer than expected. Sockshop confirmed dispatch on 12/10/22 but the socks arrived 21/10/22. Probably affected by recent postal dispute, though.
Lovely warm soft socks great length. would buy again after trialling these through wear and washing

Easy to use, no problems
I was really trying to buy Pringle gentle grip socks online but felt I got fobbed off onto another brand that was roughly the same but not exactly what I wanted. When I searched for Pringle I got a page full of irrelevant stuff. This other brand leaves a mark on my ankle, but Pringle doesn't.
The socks were good, however they were a little tight, and I could have done with them being in a slightly bigger size, but they did not make them in a bigger size
You sent exactly what I wanted, the price was right and they arrived in two days.
My order was processed and delivered very quickly and correctly. The packaging was environmentally friendly.

I had difficulty ordering three pairs of long socks which were shown as 3 for £9.99 which is very good value, but the invoice showed a bigger price. I phoned customer services and they were excellent and very helpful. I got a refund for the extra, and am enjoying wearing the comfortable and attractive socks now.
