No sign of socks - Royal Mail said they would be delivered on Wednesday. This morning they said they had been sent to Fareham in error. I’m still waiting. I’m also hoping that the contents of my parcel will NOT be what I’ve been asked to review - since that’s not my order!! Usually SockShop are excellent ...
The super mario brothers socks I bought, ripped at the toe stitch a day after wearing them.
They sent the wrong size and responded to my previous post without acknoleging what I had said. If they contact me on the phone i will place an order for £60 if not se la vie as i have wasted too much energy on their inefficiency and errors 07785260222 Martin
Merchandise was disappointing. Due to sizing issue. Packaging was stockings, item was actually hold ups. Which did not fit.
Real disaster, my order for I paid has not arrived after one month.
I wore the first pair of underpants and when i took them off there was a hole in them. I rang the 0800 number to report this defect i left my telephone number name and order number and as yet i've heard nothing yet. 🙁

Had a hole in the bottom of my boxers don't think any of them are going to last very long
I ordered socks on the 8th July.. They still haven't been delivered. They were for a birthday present
Not as good as it can be. Did not receive my item, slow replies via email. Still awaiting both a reply and product
ordered almost 2 months ago and no tracking number was provided and i’m still waiting
Within an hour of wearing Jeff banks socks they come apart at the seems both pairs I’ve tried so far have done the same
Ordering and delivery brilliant, however, I was very disappointed in the quality of the socks as within about 20 minutes of my son putting them on a hole appeared in the sock. I have contacted the company for a replacement so let's see if their customer service can help me.
My order was sent to the wrong address and they have not been very helpful at all with regards retrieving it or giving me a refund, but rather blaming me and Paypal despite when completing my order I put my address not some random address I don't know!
