I didnt recieve my item because there was the wrong address im waiting for a refund , but a great service
Not the best. when if first went website you were out of stock, i set webpage up to notify me of stock, this worked and a few days later i recieved email, i ordered stock as it was available. for some reason the next day i received an email saying you were refunding me due to stock issues. this whole process happened for a second time, after i asked to be notified of stock, it then received that email, ordered and then got let down for a second time. Finally a third time i managed to place an order and receive what id ordered.
Unfortunately, I ordered some socks which were due to arrive on Tuesday yet they never arrived. I am both disappointed and outraged at your service. I have never known anything to be so appalling, I expect to receive both a refund and a written apology from your manager.

After 10 days still waiting for my stuff to arrive:(. Maybe due to covid-19. For the rest it is a good shop.
I am still waiting for this product to get delivered. When I clicked on the tracking link recently it took me to the Royal Mail website where there was a message that the product could not be delivered because the address count it be identified and has been returned to the sender. I contacted the sock shop support number and left a voice message with my query and order number and contact number, but have not heard from them.
I didnt purchase this item. And have yet to receive the item I did order

Socks arrived today with a hole in, my first purchase but I think this maybe my last. Quality checks must be better.
Not received item although Royal Mail Tracking says delivery was on 20th May 20?
Bought women’s briefs 1 size larger than my own size, thinking it would be more comfortable. Very disappointed. Can’t get the knickers past my thighs! Waste of money.
This company is a joke advertising one price so we put an order but next day refunded Never trust them also they advertise them as being 85 cotton but on arrival they were 60 cotton , so they had to be return more waist of moneys
