Service was good in terms of getting the socks to me quickly and their customer service dept. was good in that it tried to help me with my enquiry but they are downrated from 5 stars because they can no longer supply the socks of the type I have been wearing for many years and which I have found very satisfactory. The alternative, which they recommended, are perfectly good socks and OK but not as good as those I had previously.

The socks from sock shop are really confortable and stylish. Feel great in all weather even when its hot. Bamboo material feels real soft against the skin too.
I first came across Sockshop on Waterloo station many years ago. I was delighted when they appeared on my computer and have bought socks from them ever since. I must admit that the price charged for postage increased hugely with Covid19.
The colours and feel of the bamboo socks are excellent however I have spent years trying to find socks that do not constrict my calves or ankles, sad to say these do. My solution is to cut the cuff so this does not happen. The trainer socks do not appear to fit my size 13.5 feet and also have a very tight cuff so I gave them to my daughter. My search continues.
Service was great!
Excellent product. But would have liked more sizes, I am a 3 and they are a bit big. And also a choice of low cut trainer socks.
No complaints about the service/online shopping experience at all. Just a little disappointed in the quality of the socks, which are Elle, and I would have expected the quality to be a little higher.

Brilliant service, love the date to wear trainer socks and a good price too. Arrived sooner than expected. Also got bamboo trainer socks with padded sole, amazing well worth the price if you have tender tootsies.
Same price as trunks with less material (expected) but no fly.
The product & packaging were fine. But the parcel took 5 days to arrive - possibly due to slow post.
Sock Shop processed my order quickly. I liked the free gift idea and they had a good value price. When the order arrived it was nicely packaged. The only thing I objected to was the little plastic coat hangers attached to the socks that have now gone for landfill. i don't know about you, but I fold my socks rather than hang them so those hangers should come off before posting, in my opinion. Lovely good quality socks though. Thank you.
