Firstly this order (ladies Flat Seam Tights) was NOT my order. Has there been a mix up at your end? Secondly my order (Diabetic Socks, Order No 6145628) was apparently delivered last Wednesday according to the email received. In neither case has delivery been made. Can you please investigate.

Very disappointed with the bamboo briefs. First pair the elastic came away from leg and second pair the elastic waistband has come away. I will be returning the 2nd pack I bought.

They could get a better customer complaint service as the response you get from a complaint about non delivery when a date is sent is it is not their fault

Don’t send customers an item when it is obviously the wrong size. Definitely don’t do it twice either. Size 10-12 won’t fit size 9 feet no matter how many times they’re sent! Check that the sizes stated on the website match the sizes on the actual items.

Whilst it wasn't stock shops fault, royal mail incorrectly shipped my items to Coventry. It took over 2 weeks for them to arrive. I was visitng my mum's which is where they were shipped, and I had gone back home by the time they arrived. They are still there, at my mum's until February when she will come to visit. So over all it was a 1 star experience

Ordered 7 Jan, still not received on 14 Jan. Post order email refers to delivery in 2 to 3 days. When I called on 13 Jan told 'can take in excess of a week'

Socks supplier state 6-11 in size. The actual sock had little or no give and as such were a size 11 sock which on any foot not size 11 they slide down the foot into a walking shoe and are therefore not fit for purpose.
