Perfect item speedy delivery

Bought as a gift. Yet to give to recipient. Arrived well within in estimated delivery time. Well packed. Informed about process.

Fast delivery and excellent quality. Only issue is the Postage that gets added on at the end, the product isn’t as cheap as it’s initially made out to be.

I was a bit disappointed when I called Sockshop directly from my home in Nova Scotia, Canada. There was a lot of noise in the background of the order area and I felt that the representative, I was trying to talk to, was more interested in talking or listening to her coworkers than paying attention to what I wanted to discuss with her. It made me feel uncomfortable and I felt that my business wasn't very valued. I did doubt whether I should even place an order with Sockshop. My order was taking a very long time to arrive here in Canada, so I reached out to customer service. Fortunately, I had the good luck of communicating with Zoe, who was great. She was very helpful and I appreciated that. My socks did finally arrive after 21 days and I am really happy with my purchase.

I placed my order and then realised that the size was smaller than I wanted. I did call the shop the following morning, left a message, but no one came back. In fact the socks came and there was enough stretch to fit but it would have been nice to have received a response to my telephone message. In fact the socks feel very soft but not worn them yet to give any feedback on washing.

Delivered on time, exactly as described. Washing and wearing to test durability.

Very prompt service on this occasion. My previous order didn't arrive but this was rectified promptly once I reported non delivery

As an international shopper it was really appreciated to receive the purchase as quicky as I did. Just over a week to Australia. Great postage rate too.

Great product. Poor Packaging. 1 pair of socks came in a huge box. Poor for sustainability and didn't fit in letterbox so had to then collect.

The sock shop is a great service but the Marvel socks if your size 7 or 8 you need to up size to the next level 8 and above. This was disappointing for me as I spent £50 on them and unwrapped them all before I realised.
