Wrong item sent even though delivery note said correct item, I phoned customer service they said send back with note and the correct item will be dispatched. I wrote on the delivery note wrong item please send what is stated & nothing, item just refunded.
Refund my money as previously agreed! I was sent a used box 3 underwear! Not as shown on your website.
The socks have yet to arrive and you indicate in this Email that you are sending 1 pair of socks and not the three that I ordered
Provide what was ordered rather than the colours you want to shift.

Didn’t receive first parcel have no clue were could be to say it’s suppose to be tracked & after ringing 4times to be told to keep waiting I finally got a resend over a week later & was a gift so.. as a late birthday present! Really should upgrade to a signed service if Oder is over so much!!
I received this review before I received my purchase which is at least two days overdue. I asked my mail carrier to be sure to keep an eye out for a small package so I know that she would have been extra careful if it came with larger orders. I am hoping that the company will contact me.
Service good ,socks were certainly not what I expected
Order several pairs of tights in medium and when arrived they were so small they were more fit for a child! Had to pay for the pair I tried on and the postage. Not happy and will not be returning
Label parcel correctly
The Birkdale knee length sock is too narrow, it does not fit comfortably over the calf, it is the same width at the anle and the calf, in other words not fit for purpose, disappointing waste of money as far as I am concerned
I still don’t have the socks,even they last 2 weeks from the order. Also they did not provide a trackinng number of the carrier.
De sokken zijn netjes op tijd bezorgd, maar ik heb 5 paar sokken gekregen die na 1 keer dragen al gaten hebben.
Bought 2 pairs of sock slippers - sadly both pairs have split at the back within 2 days of light wear
The service can be improved by getting the order correct. I was missing 3 pairs of gents bamboo socks which had been replaced with 2 pairs of ladies socks! I found the returns prodcedure for this error unhelpful. I'm awaiting the socks which were ordered. On the plus side I did return the parcel with a freepost label.
