I purchased socks from Manchester shop some time ago ,ordered what I thought were same this time , they are not . The pair from Manchester had a seam free toe , very comfortable . This pair have very uncomfortable seem over toe . Will not be purchasing your products again .

Your customer service rep has absolutely no interest in helping a customer find a comparable sock for one that was discontinued. I stopped trying.

The service is OK as usual. Sadly the quality of the socks leaves a lot to be desired. Very thin material. Supposed loose top is NOT loose so difficult to put on.

It still hasn't arrived. Although i've checked the tracker and rang up - the lovely lady at Sock Shop said i should wait until early next week... so we'll see.

Needed socks for holiday. Ordered early afternoon and paid for next day delivery. Didn’t deliver. Have had to buy socks in US. Uk package arrived after I left. No communication no apology. Guess they don’t care. Will contact to send socks back when I return to UK

Dreadful. The tights I purchased aren't true to size. 1 pair ripped half way through the day as no gusset. Won't be buying from you again.

Ordered early morning on a Thursday, paid extra for guaranteed next day delivery (Friday) . However , product did not arrive. When I messaged to enquire where it had got to, I was told would not be delivered until Monday and to check the website for what next day delivery meant!! Not a reply I would expect from customer services. I sent another email, informing them that I had read the website and delivery should have been made on Friday. Finally , I received a half hearted apology and was refunded the difference between next day and standard delivery. I shall be sending the product back as this was not a satisfactory resolution, they were needed on the Friday, Amazon were cheaper for the same product . I ordered from SockShop as they guaranteed next day delivery and which did not happen even though they charged £6.99 for the privilege!

Coloured socks have no elasticity, dont stay up, cost 15 quid gonna have to throw them out. Other pair wore holes in the bottom in one day, its like they're made of tissue. Everything from my order is worthless.

This service usually takes between 7-10 days but may sometimes take longer due to postal delays. For this reason we ask customers to allow up to 14 days for their order to arrive. Ik heb een bestelling geplaatst, met Order Confirmation nr # 5766010, een week geleden, maar sindsdien niks meer vernomen. Geen idee wanneer de goederen zullen geleverd worden. Totaal geen communicatie. Slechte service. Ik ben niet tevreden.
