Buying was easy and good service , I was informed of when my goods were going to be delivered with a tracking number and arrived on the day. Product is good,will know how it performs over time, will buy again in the future.
Service very good but the leg warmers were very baggy especially around the top
Delivery was two days before the promised delivery date. Impressed with this express service. The parcel was not left outside our door and was delivered by hand to hand (not like Amazon delivery drivers).

Fit and comfort of the Marlow and Plymouth button fly Jeff Banks Boxers are worth 5stars, but as SockShop all too often have limited sizes of the Plymouth version (only small, XXXL and above available and then only in black for the larger sizes) all I want are some mediums in a selection of colours. But no, only the small size are available in the full colour choice and for me, small are just too small to be properly comfortable, or long lasting, I know I've tried them in the past only for them to start to come apart in a matter of a few of months - mainly because I should have medium, but can rarely ever get them!
The socks were not sexist like at other stores, with more options of different sock designs in more sizes to accommodate all genders. The socks arrived promptly. Bulk ordering in order to receive a discount felt a bit weird - I ordered 17 pairs of nearly identical socks! haha! But I'll find it much easier to find pairs now!
Yes - agood service. It was disappointing, however, that such nice socks were pinned together with a tie which was hard to remove without damaging the treads.

Great website with plenty of choice. Fast delivery in recyclable packaging BUT why send me those annoying little hangers?? I can`t recycle them - but you can use them again... just don`t send them to me. Socks are perfect, btw.
Delighted with the socks and the service is excellent. Have taken a star off because of the plastic hanger and ties. Shame when they were sent in a paper bag which was good.
