I bought 3 pairs of diabetic sock that cost £10 and one pair has rip along the bck the stitching had come undone .. they wer like that wen I received them ,not good value

Not as good as the socks i bought. Bought 4 pairs of bamboo boxers to find out i pair is much smaller than the others and 1 pairs has ripped 1st time i have put them on so will not be able to send them back. Will probably not buy from this company again if this happens

I would normally leave a 5* rating after buying twice before but this time I never received my free gift.
you delivered to the wrong address still haven't received socks, you were supposed to ring me back but you haven't.
I didn't even get the package first of all because they didn't put my address on them and I don't even think they are going to give me a refund either
I telephoned to re-order the socks that I have bought from you for ten years. I was told that there were just THREE pairs in stock, and that I would need to re-order after the stock had run out. I asked for the three pairs, slightly concerned that a company would wait until a product was out of stock before they re-order from the manufacturer. ONE PAIR arrived in the post, so it cost me the postage on a single pair, despite asking for all three pairs. You strike me as pretty incompetent, and I shall not be buying from you again.
Yes most certainly.. The speed of service and delivery was brilliant, it’s just your customer service manager who has let the side down. The lady called Zoe corresponding to my emails has absolute dreadful customer service.. I’ve never experienced such a rude tone of emails from anyone in customer service before for an honest mistake on my part. If you would like a copy by all means I will send them on and I would like to know how this will be dealt with? She was making it out as though I was an idiot for not adding a second pair into the basket when there are no prompts to do so to receive the free item. I never leave feedback but as working as a customer service manager myself I deem her response totally unnecessary and inappropriate.
Delivery was late, didn’t offer to check where my parcel was at with Royal Mail.
Only part of my order arrived? Have I been charged for all of it?
