I was disappointed with the delivery service. I was asked when I placed the order for delivery instructions but as it was Royal Mail doing the delivery the instructions were ignored and I received a card through the letterbox saying that the item was too big for the letterbox. I then had to get my partner to stay in so that the item could be delivered two days later.
Frustrating and disappointing service. - Ordered 6 pairs ladies Pringle Jean cream socks, instead received 2 packs of assorted shades of brown & beige. - Ordered 3 pairs men's socks, picture on web site was mid-grey but dark grey/black socks supplied. - Web site does not provide option to exchange items for different products. Had to return items and re-order. Phoned customer support but no compensation for Sockshop mistakes.
For order number 5681290 There was an error with my delivery address, where an incomplete address had been added. This is down to either an issue with your systems or an issue with my web browser's auto fill. Either way, your customer service was terrible. I will not be placing any further orders with you.
The packaging arrived damaged and, as this was bought as a gift, I found this very disappointing. The box in which the delivery was made was not damaged in any way so the item must have been packaged in this condition. I reported this to Sock Shop on the day of delivery but am yet to receive a response (4 days later). The socks themselves are excellent.
BEWARE; due to a glitch on this site my order was sent to another address. I reported wrong address I noted on confirmation......nothing done! Seemingly I can’t have a refund until whoever received my order decides to return it. If they don’t, I don’t receive a refund. NOT THE CORRECT LEGAL STANCE....Currently pursuing one week later.

Ordered stockings.... received tights! Called to get stockings delivered.... they won't deliver stockings before receiving tights back..... bought for family member 120 miles away..... still waiting on the instruction email on how to return..... Not good.
Terrible service. Forgot to add the apartment number and they refused to send me my order. No tracking information, nothing received at my local post office at all. Lost over 40 pounds.
I contacted customer service to enquire about returning a couple of the items that I had bought. Some may say that it was my fault for not reading the return policy small print, but I was informed that I was unable to return the items if the tags had been removed. The tags were holding the items in their packaging so I was unable to properly see the items whilst they were still attached. The packaging was not damaged and the items were unworn. Despite explaining all of this to customer service, I was informed that I could not return the items. I disputed this and then received a rude, insulting reply telling me that I should have been able to assess the items without removing them from the packaging and asked me to send in a photo of the items with their packaging. I can only summise that Sock Shop have had bad experiences in the past with customers returning items, but to be tarred with the same brush was just downright insulting. The tone of the email could only be read one way. I decided to keep the items in the end but will not be returning to Sock Shop and will advise others against doing so.
Service was definitely below par. I didn't receive my package and after lodging a complaint I was fully refunded. For International customers like myself, SockShop should offer a tracking number, withouy that there is no way to track the parcel.

not very good quality.the first pair ripped when i tried it put it on....and did not fit at all so returned immediately.
I am still awaiting delivery
