The sockshop service was first class, didn't have to wait long to receive the 2 pairs of socks.
The quality of the shorts was poor. One pair quickly developed a hole on the seam. Customer services refunded the cost of that pair of shorts. My complaint was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
My order arrived really quickly thank you. The quality of the socks good. My husband says they feel so soft, I already wear bamboo socks, purchased elsewhere.

Lovely comfy socks that I purchased to help with my Raynaud's when I am out in the cold. Unfortunately they are too thick to wear under my boots for when I go out, but if you want them to keep you warm indoors then they are ideal.

Good delivery service but think the socks may be a little on the large size
I can find no fault with the ordering and delivery process, or with the appearance, texture and quality of the material of which the socks are made . However, the size 4-7 (my usual size) soft top socks are unusable. They quickly wrinkle, working their way down my legs and under my foot almost as soon as I begin to walk outdoors. I have tried all 3 pairs, and each performs in the same way. Extremely disappointing.
