Still no delivery not updated or any status update what so ever. NEVER again!!!
They feel very soft and warm, but very disappointed as I have only worn them for a day to work and already have a hole in each sock at the toes. Bought 6 pairs.
They could reply to me when I email asking how I can exchange boxer shorts I bought for my son?? My husband threw away the bag they arrived in and I assume the returns note as well. They have not been opened at all as I bought wrong style and size!
Send the size ordered.
Order should have been delivered before Christmas. Royal Mail sent an email on 21st December stating they couldnt locate the house & returned to sender.There are only 7 houses on the road. It was now too late to reorder. I contacted sock shop for a refund. I didn't get an apology for the non delivery & then told I would only get the refund once the product was back in their depot. I copied the Royal Mail email to sock shop! I am still waiting for my refund.
Orders as a Xmas present. Website said order and receive before Xmas.... Now 28th now sign of tmy order.
I bought two lots of pairs of slipper socks with rubber grips on the bottom. After the first wash the rubber completely disappeared. This is mis-selling and I should get my money back. Very poor.
Sock quality no good. Cheap and bad fitting
The wrong sizes were sent for two of the three items that I purchased and I contacted their customer services. The response from the Customer Services Manager was as follows: “Firstly can I please politely point out that you picked the incorrect option from our drop down list as this is a general enquiry not an order amendment, so this was sent to the incorrect place Size 11-14 and 12-15 are pretty much the same size, the difference in sizing is not even noticeable due to the elastane in the socks that makes them stretch We would ask you try them first and if not suitable you can then return them to us for a refund” I found this response quite shocking- at no point in this, or following correspondence was there an apology and I found that they pointed out my mistake of selecting the wrong option in my contact form but no recognition of their mistake. I asked if they could send the correct sizes but apparently these are unavailable. I would have followed up with a customer service manager, by the response was from a customer service manager! Terrible experience and customer service!
Colour isn’t correct
I am very sorry to give you only 1 star as i have not yet received my parcel. Its been stuck in with the courier as they are expecting an invoice copy which should have been there with the parcel. I am i touch with Zoe through email and have requested to mail the courier an attachment of the invoice. The courier says that without an invoice copy they can't proceed with the delivery. Its been past 2 days and there is no development on this matter. I have already been charged by my credit card without getting the parcel getting delivered. This is just not accepted as i have a trip ahead for which i have ordered. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and been sorted out soon Thank You Huzaifa
I didn't received the product :(
I ordered for '3 x Girls 1 Pair SockShop Plain Bamboo Tights with Smooth Toe Seams' in different colors - black, grey and bottle green, however, only black were shipped. Also, the size ordered was 9-10 years, however, 1 pair shipped is having size as 13-14 years.
I was looking for a specific colour and type of the tights and thought I found them at sockshop -based on the displayed product. However the tights I received the colour and the type-wise were not matching with the one on the image. I know the colour might be slightly different on the pc screen but this was not the issue. On top, I paid an extra fee to get this delivered on the next day but Royal Mail also sent it to another depot for distribution and took 1 extra day, for the tights I needed urgently. So the shoppong experience was completely failed and couldn’t meet my urgent need.
