Asked for priority postage but took five days to arrive. Customer services not helpful or bothered. Won't be ordering again from this company

Knee warmers need to be twice as long so they do not get displaced when you wear trousers. The whole point is to keep the knee joint warm. Would also prefer a natural material such as wool. Acrylic begins to pill after the first wear.

Ik heb het pakket nooit aangekregen

Het spijt me dat u uw bestelling nog niet hebt ontvangen. Uw bestelling werd verzonden op 22/10/18 via Royal Air Mail, die gewoonlijk tussen de 7-10 dagen in beslag neemt. Dit kan echter langer duren vanwege postvertragingen, daarom vragen we klanten om maximaal 14 dagen toe te staan. Als u uw bestelling niet voor 11-11-2018 heeft ontvangen, neem dan contact op met contact@sockshop.co.uk

This service usually takes between 7-10 working days, however may take longer due to postal delays. For this reason we ask customers to allow up to 14 days for their order to arrive. pure natural bamboo textured socks, just had these on for 1 hour and there a hole appear and also the bottoms gone all fluffy like i had theses for years sould be a NO STAR loud of rubbish

Took 11 days to arrive to Norway and my son had to pay £25 as postage was insufficient. Great for a gift!
