Not happy as I was in UK for a finite time. The courier didn't put a letter through our door saying they failed to deliver or try again. They visited the one day we were all out and by the time I realised it was too late to pick up the socks from them. My family could do so but don't have my ID. So I have spent all that money and have no socks to show for it. Very unhappy.
Slippers were dirty and were 2 left feet. Obviously very disappointed. I now have to waste my time packing them back up, printing a return label, and taking them to the post office. The socks were fine.
My item has not arrived
I realised I had mistakenly ordered 4 pairs instead of 2 (not quite sure how that happened as I distinctly remember choosing 2) and wrote immediately following my order to change it and I get a mail back 2 days later saying it was too late! I am also not sure if you sell your socks singly and that is why the order automatically became 4. I queried this also but it was not answered. I was told I could send back what I don't want, but I live abroad and there will be no guarantee that you will recieve it if I send it.

The customer service is super poor they have a very bad attitude they lost my items due to the computer thought I would never use them again and my mistake was not to pay by credit card if I paid by credit card or to the claim the money back and I would not recommend using this company
I never received m y purchase
Ordered for elderly friend, wrong items send, advised to return and would dispatch again Hopefully we will receive the right items shortly
Constantly sent me the wrong size socks despite me calling customer service to explain.

There is no opportunity to amend/cancel order, due to this being a "busy time". I could be wrong but I am not sure why July is busy time for sock buying.
