I ordered RED socks and your order form said RED socks - however, half the socks were dark blue and half RED. Not a good deal. I like the socks

I made a purchase one week ago, from melbourne, Australia. although my Visa account immediately registered my purchase I never received any acknowledgement or even an invoice regarding my purchase. I ordered 5 items yet only 3 are listed in this review request, so I don't even know what I am getting when!!!!

Well I ordered two pairs of jeep ladies socks in ecru and you sent me a different colour, (they were grey mottle) I returned them and asked to have the two pairs in Ecru,and you sent me the same colour back! I have however decided to keep them but am somewhat disappointed, as this was not the colour I wanted.

How about making diabetic socks that don't leave huge lines in my legs. The good news is you say you refunded my money. I didnt get it yet. The socks are in the dustbin.

I ordered my socks 7 days ago and have no ability to track their status. I received an email with my order information and an essentially useless email with a poem. The very brief message about the delivery times for UK and international deliveries (the poem email) can be included in the original email and cut down on the clutter-don't send useless emails.

didn't receive product yet ----why is there no larger sizes ( 14-15 )?

Unfortunately I've had to return the socks I ordered. I've ordered the same kids school socks for my son several times over the last couple of years so was very surprised when the latest order arrived that the socks which should apparently fit a 13-14 year old would, in my opinion, be more suited to a a 6 or 7 year old. Not sure why, but they have been resized to a ridiculously small size plus they now have "Sock Shop" written in red on the bottom. I checked with Sock Shop who confirmed that I ordered the same as usual. Therefore I won't be buying them again.
