Delivery was quick but was disappointed with the tights... I am a slim size 10 and the tights were meant to be one size... they just about went over my knees... gave them to my mom as she is shorter than me.. I'm 5'8...

Deliver within 2-3 working days like every other place in the world, reply to customers emails, let customers know even without them asking where their package is instead of giving one confirmation email and that's it, Need to improve, STILL HAVENT GOT MY PACKAGE YET

I have not received order yet and u want me to rate service on socks which is not what i ordered so will b surprised when i do get box as 2 what u did send.not happy already.

This usually takes between 7-10 days, but we do ask you to wait up to 14 days in case of postal delays. If you do not receive your items by 02/03/18 please get in touch with contact@sockshop.co.uk and we will be able to fix this for you.

Good were never received. Apparently I was sent an email to say that the socks were faulty but I didn't receive this. I then had a series of email correspondence that went to the seller but only via Amazon. This became confusing and frustrating. In the end I said that I did not want a replacement and would like my money back. I am yet to see whether my account has been credited.

Has yet not arrived after a week of not purchasing the items. There is no tracker. Could you please let me know if there has been a delay in delivery?

Your order was dispatched on 7th February via Royal Mail Air Mail which usually takes 5-10 working days for delivery. Unfortunately we do not receive tracking information with this service but it has proven very reliable so far! Service was good. I have ordered many of the kids white bamboo socks in the past. But now they have sock shop sewn in on the bottom my little girl will not where them for this reason. Hence buying the plain soft cuff handlinked white socks on a regular basis Because they were plain. Do you still do the plain ones with no logo sewn in on the bottom?

We do occasionally change our products slightly for a new season, so I can only think that this is what has happened here. Unfortunately all the stock will have the logo on the bottom - my apologies!
