Hi As the order has not arrived yet i cant give you a valid response

I'm sorry you have not received your items yet. Your order was dispatched on the 29th November via Royal Mail Air Mail, which usually takes 3-5 days. However, we do ask you to allow up to 10 days due to postal delays etc. If you have not received your order by the 9th please get in touch at contact@sockshop.co.uk

Why are they using Royal Mail? My parcel was left in my recycling bin which was by the gate waiting to be emptied. Consequently it was long gone when I returned home. However Sock Shop handled my complaint promptly and efficiently and have agreed to send out the order again. I have made a complaint to Royal Mail so hopefully the postman in question will be dealt with!

Haven’t received the socks yet!

Paid for next day delivery. They arrived the day after the event that I needed them for.

Thanks for your feedback, I'm sorry to hear it arrived too late. Your order was placed after 5pm on friday the 27th, so was dispatched the next working day (monday 30th) for delivery the following day. 
If no longer needed, you're more than welcome to return your item to us for a refund using the free post returns label provided.
