I haven't received an email to say the product has been dispatched, and no parcel as yet

We do ask customers to allow up to 10 working days for overseas orders in case of postal delays. I ordered the products on 15/01/16 (saying I should allow 2-3 days), on 18/01/16 I received a mail to say they had been dispatched (pls allow 2-3 days), it is now 23/01/16 (a further 5 days later) and no sign of my purchase.

Sock shop send no emails. Nothing to confirm the order, nothing to confirm shipment - nothing. I managed to elicit a response from CS after a couple of attempts, but they are not really interested in the business. No sign of the socks, and logging on to the very old fashioned website reveals nothing about order status. Very, very poor.

2 pairs of elle legwarmers arrived this morning shocking quality. All 4 had some of the elastic thread from the top & bottom exposed and not inside the Wollen turnover. 1 had a small hole in the wool. Have had these legwarmers before and they were fine, but these are awful.Wawful.Will be contacting supplier and returning them.

I paid £1.50 for gift wrap which was a sockshop bag , which you get for 5p anywhere else , shops like Paul smith , Chanel , aspinal of London so disappointing .

We find that most customers are pleased with this, though I am sorry that this was not the case on this occasion. We do state on our website and also when customers select the gift wrapping option that this will be a gift bag, and also display an image of the packaging for the customer's reference.
