Not received parcel yet
Delivery by Royal Mail failed twice. I left a phone number so that I could be contacted to ensure someone would be in to receive the order when they arrived, but nobody phoned. How expensive is it for Royal Mail to phone or text before deliver is made? I therefore suggest SockShop change to another delivery company that will phone or text, to ensure delivery made.
A week after my order an the only email I received was this one to rate my order. No confirmation or dispatch emails. I did ring them yesterday to see if my order had been processed and apparently it has but with no contact and plenty of other online options I will be slow to use this company again
I have on idea when you have delivery my parcel,but the parcel was leave outside my front door,which i found it on Monday.the box was completely wet and disgusting,this is very wrong and I'm not happy at all.

The bag I purchased came in THREE sizes (exactly the same design) Online the medium sized bag showed a lady modelling it on her shoulder. I purchased the LARGE version & the handles were to short for it to go on the shoulder. Sent it back with a polite note stating this & requesting my £6 delivery charge is refunded as I felt a little misled. Email received back refusing refund as I had purchased the bag after viewing the MEDIUM size - the large size apparently does not have the same handles despite being EXACTLY the same bag (???) Please can someone look at this & re-consider my express delivery refund as I needed it for my holiday & went elsewhere to buy a shoulder bag quickly before I went away. Really unhappy with the email reply from Zoe Hyndman at Sock Shop.
It hasn't arrived yet although it was ordered 7 days ago. Hugely disappointing and poor service
Poor service and they don't take their clients serious and if you have an issue they let you resolve it on your own. Very disappointed.
I still haven't got my order after 7 days.
I paid £6 for next day delivery and said if nobody home to leave in the porch. I was out when package delivered and it was returned to the post office as Sockshop wanted it signed for- meaning I couldn't get it until the next day ....which was too late for it to be used for its intended purpose.
My order contained 7 items, however I received the parcel with only one item inside. I contacted the customer service via web-form and did not get a reply.
I take size 7 shoe. Sock-size is stated as being 4-8 UK size whereas it should in reality be 4-6. Very dis-satisfied and as I am mostly bedbound and unable to return them I will be passing them on as presents. However, it was a complete waste of money owing to misrepresentation of size.
I used a discount code for 10%, which said 'has been accepted'. However, when I totalled up the order it hadn't been. I e-mailed customer services who said if you have any deals in the order then the discount is not applied. It is my belief that this is on done on purpose to make you think you are getting a discount when you are not.
