Bamboo underpants - arrived speedily, well packaged.

A good selection of products & brands, though some of the items I wanted we're out of stock in my size. The ones I was able to buy we're of good quality & delivered promptly.

Lovely socks, however one pair developed a hole in the toe the first time I wore them which was so disappointing. I am assuming this was an anomaly and would still recommend them to others.

Still to try them all yet, so far so good. Service was great.

I really messed up the Order by using Google pay which I had never used before which somehow picked up my old address. I emailed Sock Shop immediately. I was hoping for an acknowledgement but unfortunately didn't get anything so I called following morning. Very very helpful staff on other end of the line. Items received safely to my new address One star less for non acknowledgment

I have already completed your survey and do not know why I am being asked to repeat it? I will repeat what I wrote last time. I do not like the button attached to Burlington socks and I found that removing it was a Health and Safety hazard!

good website easy to use

The customer experience was good.

Not bad but choosing the totally inefficient Royal Mail meant that the delivery by them was three and a half hours after the promised ‘by 1500h’. We were just about to go out for the evening.

I have bought Sockshop’s bamboo socks before so decided to buy their new bamboo lounge wear for my wife. She loves the very soft feel.

The item was delivered in good time and was well packaged. I have yet to see how they survive after a few washes but at the moment they look to be very good value for money.
