Still have not received my order!!! Ridiculously long wait
I placed my order on the 29th of May and have still not received it. Upon emailing sock shop I have heard nothing in response, nor have they returned my telephone calls. I am very disappointed with the service I have received here.
i paid for next day delivery and was given the option to provide delivery instructions and specifically requested the package to be left by the back door but instead Royal Mail did not deliver and j had to collect it myself. I emailed sock shop to ask for my next day delivery charge to be waived but had no response at all.
Product not received.
I have been waiting 7 days and my items have still not arrived. Issues with my order not being acknowledge then found, then lost and then found again. Customer service told me to 'just wait'
I haven't yet received the product. I selected on the website for them to be left by the front door as I am not at home in the mornings to collect them but this wasn't passed on
Nothing received yet!
The site advised that there was a problem with my order , so I duplicated ,the order , again it advised no money taken , only to find that my money was taken twice !
Said 2-3 days for delivery items still haven't arrived
STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY SOCKS! Ordered on 25 February 2015 ! Have they gone via the bamboo fields of Calcutta?! Or perhaps still in the factory?! Please advise!! Sue Rushworth
Were them to work after getting them came home took them off and there was a hole in one foot not very happy.
Nothing wrong with the web experience but I paid a premium for next day delivery which did not arrive until late the day after it was due. On asking for the extra delivery cost to be refunded I was told that I would be eligible, but I would have to wait for head office to contact me and then give them my card details so they could refund me. Have never heard of such an arrangement before and, guess what, I haven't been contacted. If they aren't going to give me a refund it would be better (marginally) if they just said so.

You've asked for a review before I have received my goods.
I entered my shipping address correctly, but in letter about my order it was incorrect. My house is 5, and apartment is 5, and I wright 5/5, but in letter about my order it was without slash, 55, and it's not my number of house. I immediately wright about mistake to service centre, but don't receive any answer until my order was sending. And I don't receive my order!!! So please, I ask for refund.
