My order still hasn't arrived (by 28th Dec), despite being ordered before the deadline for guaranteed delivery before Christmas. This left me with no gift to give several people on Christmas Day, so I had to buy online vouchers that I could print off to give them instead. When my Sockshop order eventually does reach me, I will therefore be sending it straight back for a refund as the items are of no use to me now.

I see your order was placed on 20/12 which was too late for guaranteed Christmas delivery as last posting date was 19th. However I can see you have now returned this order and you have been fully refunded on 05/01/15 Zoe

They advertise overseas delivery in 5 business days but it has been 10 and still my package has not arrived. Very disappointing.

Really poor. Will not be using them again and will in future use house if Fraser. All I have received is emails from Zoe saying she will re-send and nothing after that. This clearly is a standard reply to all customers who leave bad feedback. My order was placed & paid for in full over 6 weeks ago. Avoid using this company where possible !!!!!

I will never order from this place again. I have not receive my order yet. My order came up to $45 dollars and 74.50 was taking out of my account and there is no number on web site to call complain

Many thanks for your feedback, I can assure you there is a number on our Customer Services page for you to call. I have checked your order and your order was for GBP£45.95. Your bank then converts this to USD this is then the cost of USD$74.50. Zoe

I am very disappointed as I had to pay more than 1/3 of the total value to the douane. SockShop should be able to know details about import to Switzerland
