I asked for gift rapping and a message. Did not happen. Really disappointed.
order not yet received after 7 days - website states 2 - 3 days
I paid for the item 2-7-13 it's now 2-18-13 and the socks still have not arrived!! Where are they? Why haven't they been delivered yet?

I have not received the product i paid for. Very disappointed with this.
the mens slipper socks arrived very punctually but on opening the parcel i noticed one of the packages open the socks on investigation had two holes in one of the pair these had obviously been returned and then sent out to another customer namely me i will not use this company again.
