I bought these particular socks 4 years ago they have lasted me every autumn/winter months since- I have know purchased them again / the quality is amazing, the feel on your feet they are very snug and very warm. I highly recommend these socks.
These socks are not as tight in the calf as others that I have tried. But they still are snug enough at the top to stay up. Ones I have had previously have washed well, only shrinking very slightly. Being cotton they wear well, unlike the bamboo ones that I have tried before, They wear out after about 6 months.

These knee socks were unfit for purpose. They were so tight round the tops that I don’t think anybody could have got them on. My legs are slim as can be seen in the photo where I am wearing my old pair of knee socks. I could barely get these from Sock Shop onto my shin. No way up to my knees!
