did not find them as warm as i thought they were going to be

Thank you for your comments about our Heat Holders socks. I am very sorry and surprised to hear that you were disappointed with the warmth of these thermal socks. These ladies socks are normally praised for the incredibly thermal properties. I think it is important to mention that the way these socks work is to hold the warmth next to the skin. If the skin is not warm then there is no warmth to hold. You might like to try and pop these socks in the airing cupboard for a few minutes to warm them up before you pop them on. These socks are currently in our best socks or your money back promotion and so as you do not love these socks I have refunded you for them. Best wishes, Cassie
