My socks have not arrived.
how should I write a review when I don't have the product yet?
Took 5 days to arrive
prompt despatch but delivery messed up by Royal Mail
This company seems to have changed from being very customer service focused, to being evasive to the the point of having no customer service at all and totally ignoring their customers. Very sad indeed.
Product not received
I have not received my order.
Asked for phone call but only email communication after using bot. No phone number to ring to make contact.
I have not received the product, although I paid for delivery.
Fell apart and gained a big hole.in them on the first wear. Asked for a refund, no reply from the retailer. Had to throw them away. Very very disappointed.
The still haven’t turned up
Very difficult to contact company to resolve issue - gave up
Delivery takes to long
Took a long time for delivery.
How they respond to my complaint of the ‘one day socks’ will determine this.
