I ordered diabetic socks and expected to get the same thickness as the last ones I ordered these ones I found when wearing the first pair that they are too thick

I was appalled at how the product was packaged. Every pair of socks came with a plastic hanger and a little piece of paper inserted in one sock: what a waste! So unnecessary. Sockshop can save itself money and help save the world by re-engineering its packaging. The bamboo socks are nice and were delivered quickly.

The service was fine, I ordered the socks and they were delivered on time so as said that was fine. However once again these supposed "Slip-resistant heal grips" in these men's shoe liners are absolutely useless. I should have known better, when somebody actually makes then to stay on your heal they'll make millions.

I was very shocked to have to pay 10 euros customs charge on receiving the socks in France where I live. I don't recall any mention of this charge when ordering. the result was ridiculously expensive for 3 pairs of socks.

The mens socks were very restrictive! Will not buy again. The ladies socks however are very comfortable. So had I only ordered for myself I would buy again.

The order arrived incomplete and the additions required were unavailable. The delivered products were too small for either men or women. The plus was speed of delivery and quick (even if disappointing)response to the shortfall. Also prompt reimbursement of overpayment.
