Yet to take delivery! Where are they? I ordered 4 pairs for £9.99.
I ordered from Germany, waited 2 months for the delivery, contacted customer service many times and didn't get my order. In the end, I had to order to the friend's address in London and didn't even got a promotional code for all the inconveniences I and subsequently my friend had to suffer. Completely unreliable for deliveries outside UK and non-flexible regarding customers' compensation and satisfaction

They have not arrived. We ordered a week ago. Royal mail tried to deliver twice and they still haven’t appeared. Maybe wait to send the feedback form u til after you are sure they have arrived.
Make sure quality is up to standard
A hole appeared in one sock in first use. I tried to write and send picture but the email bounced.
I placed order and paid extra for option of 24hr tracked delivery. After 9 days nothing has arrived. Only way to contact customer service was via a web chat with automated & very slow responses. No email or phone numbers provided. Tried numerous times. I was told a ticket has been raised for my enquiry and would get an email confirmation, guess what - still waiting on that too! Very poor service. Not sure what to do now to get a resolution. Assume parcel is lost as the tracking info is missing. One very disappointed & frustrated customer.
I still haven't received this item and when I used the chat they haven't offered to refund the item but for me to do the work and go find the item. Let's hope at some point SockShop decide to be helpful
These socks, I certainly not for men, and should not be advertised as men’s socks
I have been trying to return an unopened order, from the day it was delivered, as unfortunately I realised too late the person I had purchased the items for requires gentle grip cuffs. As I don't have the facility to print a Freepost return label, I offered to drop the items in person to the return address, however ino one has replied.
I have experienced a problem with one iof the pairs of socks I purchased, after wearing them once, they look as though they are going into holes in several places I tried finding an email address so that I could attach photo of the socks. No emails. Tried the chat line but didn't get anywhere before I wa disconnected. One message on chat line asked for my email address incase they didnt get back to me or we got disconnected. They have not bothered to get back to me. I had an email asking how I felt about my purchase and yet it was a no reply email. Very disappointed.
