Items arrived fairly soon after I ordered. Some of the items in sealed packages so I couldn’t even try them on. Other items arrived looking different to pictures on the website… sent them all back for a refund wouldn’t order again from sock shop

The service was fine, the product was poor. After one days wear there are holes appearing in the sock ends. And no my toe nails are not too long!!

Bad service. My items never showed up and they said they had no idea where the items were. At least they have refunded me. I just wish they could have told me where the items they shipped.

One pair in a pack of 3 was faulty. I would have liked a replacement pair as I had bought diabetic socks. Instead customer service quibbled over pennies on a refund. I did not like the attitude which was penny pinching to the nearest penny.

i wanted socks not made in china when i looked up pringle socks thewebsite i looked at said they were moving the manufacturing to italy so i bought some from you only to learn when i recieved them they were made in china i t would be very helpfull in the present climate if you could indicate where a product is made most of the people i know will not buy anything from china
