3 stars as quality and softness of socks are not the same as a few years ago. Colours are good.
Delivery was very good bit disappointed because it stated socks wouldn’t leave marks but considering that they are for diabetics and people with swollen feet and legs that is why I bought them they leave marks on my legs
I eventually got my socks but I paid for next day delivery and it arrived 4 days later.
Very good delivery time and the fact the delivery person put it out of sight of the road,,👍👍
Thin material, but inexpensive.
I have still not received my product when it was purchased on Friday the 11th of august, I am overwhelmed by the product i absolutely love the bamboo underwear however this is a birthday present and it is still in the delivery process i hope.
They shrank in the dryer, I didn't think cotton would do that

Very nice socks very comfortable and quick delivery. My only issue is why do you staple the socks together - cutting them open caused holes in 2 of the 4 pairs I bought.
Socks were delivered quickly (next day), however I would have preferred to pay less for postage and waited a few days if this has been available.
What I would expect from any online business
Avoid their own branded products. I bought some Pringle socks which were fine, but this time I went with their own branded socks and they got hole after like 2 or 3 times of wearing them. Massive disappointment.
Sockshop were great 5****** .Unfortunately Parce. Farce took 4 days to deliver sending them all over the UK!
Didn't know that there was custom duty to be paid. Otherwise service was good
Service good. Product (Uphill trainer socks) disappointing by sockshop standards but able to return and claim refund easily
