Didn't get my parcel because of the unused friendly checkout. All online retailers give an option to enter delivery info before payment. Sockshop doesn't and I selected Google pay, my accounts including Google pay and bank account all have my current address but for some strange reason it autofilled with my Google "legal address" which was my address from 9 years ago. I had to go digging in my accounts to find and update this address because this has never been an issue with any online retailer, this address wasn't even on my autofill Google address because I deleted all past addresses. I'm now £35 out of pocket I can't get my parcel because I live no where near that address. I have contacted customer service and they have raised a ticket but yet to hear back. They need to update there checkout system because it's not user friendly, in the last nine years I have never had this issue when online shopping.

I had to put in my address manually because of where I live and the internet site was lagging! By the time the order went through I realised the wrong address was listed! Due to a technical issue it had listed an address from the drop down list which wasn’t my address. This would have meant the order delivered to the wrong address! I emailed the contact address and swiftly the delivery address was rectified and the order despatched and delivered without issue!! Everything about ordering & delivery to quality product was excellent!!
