We are still awaiting the delivery
On receiving our order we noticed that several pairs of socks are completely different sizes as can be seen in the picture. Also several pairs had numerous pulls and broken threads. They are hard to see in the picture but after a little stretch the socks are beginning to show small holes. I reported this straight away and was told someone was going to get back to me the next day. 4 days later I’m still waiting so I guess no one will bother!
I buy many pairs of socks / boxers and recently bought 3 pairs of heat holders 1 tog as I needed a thinner pairs than bought before but after one days wear to work as a long distance hgv driver so not standing or walking all day the socks have a hole in the toe and worn thin up the heel aswell as patchy wear across the top of the foot aswell not very happy as there not cheap to purchase either I look forward to your comments and if you require pics I will take some never had this with any socks I’ve purchased before
Socks bought for my daughter with sensory issues and they became bobbly in one day of wear with shoes so no use anymore!
Placed an order got no email of when delivery arrive and no help when send email about my order. I am still in limbo about where my order is.
Could deliver what I ordered, have not done so so far, could respond to my multiple requests for help, could just pick up the phone. USELESS will never use them again
I placed an order but no email confirmation came. I spent an hour confirming with Sockshop that they had not registered the sale and reordered. Then 2 lots of socks were delivered. After another hour in contact with SS they sent demanded I returned the 2nd lot of socks for a refund and implied it was my fault. I sent them the transcript of the original order query and they apologised. But I wasted a lot of time I do not have.
Not received the parcel where is it
I placed my order on 20 December at 15.35 and expected it to be dispatched that day in line with the information on their website. I had confirmation that the order was received. It has not been dispatched and I am unable to contact them until 02/01/2024. I’m very disappointed. If the stock wasn’t available to dispatch I would have expected to be notified if this. To add insult to injury the company has emailed me directly for feedback on my order.
I didn’t receive all of my order. Opened parcel, which was delivered damaged, on Xmas eve, the socks were missing. Very disappointed as my husband is diabetic and would have benefited greatly from the socks. Also paid for something I didn’t get.
I have not received my purchases and therefore my children had no Christmas presents to give their mummy. Awful service - especially as I paid for next day delivery 10 days ago.
As I stated, I have not received my order!
I was sent the wrong size and when I contacted customer services I was told tough that's the only size they have. Well that's not what I ordered and paid for, shouldn't advertise a size they don't have. Would not recommend this company.
Better customer service and more contact details. I only received part of my order 1 item was the wrong item. The item was part of a birthday gift, so if sent out again wouldn't have arrived in time. So had to purchase a gift fom a local shop. I was offered a part refund but have now got an item I don't need, so I opted to return the item I received but will not be refunded my original postage cost of £3.49 plus £3.49 to return the item, so its cost me £7.98 and have no goods for something that is Sockshops fault for not delivering my order correctly. Customer service is a chat line and didn't seem to understand or care that I would be out of pocket. There is no other contact details online and customer service said there is no complaints process. So annoyed I will not be buying from them again, totally discussed.
I have emailed about my order being delivered to the wrong address and not heard anything back from them yet
