I got a full refund, which was good. However, the socks were advertised as having smooth toes, but in fact they had prominent toe seams.

Took my order. Charged my card. Delivered items. All of this is normal for any online company. All ok so far but far too soon to rate my experience regarding the purchase. If I buy items which are supposed to last 1000 miles of use unless this covers travel in an aircraft there is no way I could possibly give a reasonable review within a week. If you are actually interested in feedback ask me in 6 months - 1 year from now.

Service and Delivery were great, but 1/4 of the slipper stocks I bought fell apart the first or second time I wore them. Hole in toes.

The items advertised were not the same as what was delivered , and communications to ask a question to Sock shop were not working properly which has put me off purchasing direct from Sock Shop I will go back to using my Boundary Mill store when they have the items back in stock .

Bought as gift with tracked 48hr delivery, yet it took a week to be delivered. When raised a complaint I was advised that delivery is out of their control. Here is a hint… never use Royal Nail as they are useless. Use EVRi or one of the other competitors. Not only are they cheaper, but more reliable. I would not use SOCKSHOP again. In fact have since gone to SOCkSNOB and had a better experience.

Socks came very quick, was really hoping to sort the issue for my son, but unfortunately it didn't. I really thought its going to be seamless and it's not. It's very soft but surely not seamless. Better than normal socks. Would buy again because no other option found yet.

The service was good, unfortunately these socks were bought for their gentle grip properties which varied from sock to sock. Some were ok but some were tight.

Bought from Sock Shop a few times now, probably bought over 20 pairs. Love the bamboo socks and buy them for work (I’m a nurse and on my feet all day). I also buy them for my son for school. Generally good quality and delivered fast however on one occasion I had a pair delivered with holes in them! The tag had been attached with black thread and the thread had made 2 clear holes going right through each sock. I sent photos to customer services and they wanted me to traipse to a post office to send them back!!! (none near me and I’m not paying parking to visit the one in town). Anyway, I don’t have time or money to be messing around like that and the socks were only about £3 too! Would give 5 stars but customer service let them down!

my 1st order with you, sadly there was a hole in one sock, so had to return and wait for replacements. Very happy with the service there after and I am very pleased with the returned items, hence only 3 star, otherwise you would have received a 5 star!!
