Easy to order and the delivery was quick. I love the bamboo socks, they’re light and comfortable. I always end up with one pair with a hole in due to the way they are packaged, but that might also be due to having arthritis in my hands and struggling to get the cardboard etc off. I have never had to contact customer services so can’t comment on that
