Website clear, easy to navigate and order. Good communication regarding my order and delivery via email but not excessive. Delivery time was 2 days by Royal Mail. Parcel was handed to me by the driver. Packaging was perfectly adequate for the product. All things considered, a good shopping experience and would use again/recommend.
