Give better description of the product. What turned up looked nothing like the picture... the colour looked completely different.

I don't know. As of 12/21/20 I haven't received the socks yet so I can't respond to my experience.

Whilst your socks arrived in good time and good quality, your packaging had The Sock Shop labelled all over it. The person who it was for took delivery and knew they were receiving socks. I understand it’s good advertising however at Christmas time, you could of been a bit more savvy and discrete. Thanks

Sadly I have worn a hole in two socks after 2 days wear. There is no reinforced toe which I guess is why this happened. Very disappointing.

unfortunately the socks far too tight for me. having only 1 foot and poor circulation due to diabetis i need sochs that allow circulation without falling down into my shoes (go to sleep)

The delivery & order all good.. Only the cable 'Elle' socks are nice. The other 2 just shed continuously from the moment of first putting them on & are falling to pieces after 1 wash.. I can't wear them again.. Shocking! Would return them if you want to see them? But really should not be sold - Has no-one else had the same opinion?

Description headline didn't match the product. The headline said “Mens 2 Pair Totes Twin Super Soft Stripe and Plain Bed Socks Black 7-12 Mens”. The actual product was one-size slipper socks. If I’d read the full details, I would have realised they were slipper socks and wouldn’t have bought them. I specifically didn’t want something with a tread. However I was in a hurry and went by the first line of the description. Disappointed.

The socks are lovely quality, arrived on time etc. I ordered 3 lots of x2 grey socks for my daughter for school. However received x3 lots of 1 pair grey, 1 pair black. She is not allowed to wear black to school.
