Fairly quick service strikes dont help. Dissapointed especially as not cheap one pair was different sizes had to wash @ put in hot dryer to shrink wish id bought the thicker ones they looked much nicer @ same price wont buy these socks again.
Socks arrived soaking wet due to thin paper packaging. Good quality socks once dried out.
I was confused by the website into thinking the bamboo socks I ordered were like the fluffier ones I already had purchased. The socks that arrived were not what I was expecting. I will look closer at the description next time.
Very good for my fat ankles prompt delivery but far too much sock fluff 😊
The socks were the wrong type (thin rather than regular) and the socks that I wanted were not available in my size. However the return system was very efficient and the refund very quick.
Sent out very quickly. However one standard item (black socks) was incorrectly replaced by trainer liners. Procedure to return not straightforward. Very disappointing.
Items as described but didn’t receive the free gift for spending over 40.00 queried it but explanation pretty brief stating I’d spent 39.17 due to another offer but invoice states I spent over 40 crafty way to get you to spend over 40

The socks are lovely but the free pair that I was promised and spent ages adding to the basket (as the site checkout was very glitchy) weren't included, so am rather disappointed.
Well, I paid for next day delivery but the arrived a day late.
The dressing gown i ordered arrived quickly, but I never received the free pair of socks :(
Unfortunately my delivery is missing one pair of socks, which has never happened before. I've tried phoning Sockshop, but haven't got anyone to pick up the phone yet
Decent product. Sizing policy a bit confusing. No reply to my query re this which is a pity. Worn one pair for 2 days and already threads looking fluffy and worn. Not sure how good they really are. Time will tell.

Disappointed the gloves were too small and there no more in stock of the size I wanted. Although I measured my hand before ordering I found them extremly small and could not even get my hand in them!. Service was very quick and efficient just a shame I've not got the goods
